Course Introduction:
This 3-day PeopleCert accredited course is designed for PRINCE2 Foundation who want to be able to combine their skills with Agile methods. The course begins with an overview of the basic concepts of common Agile ways of working and progresses to being able to apply or tailor the PRINCE2 principles to a project in an Agile context

At the end of the 3-th day of course delegates can take the official PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation exam. The course consists of a mix of theory and practical exercises. Most of the exercises will be done in small groups.
